Practical course on the management of the most common corneal and eyelid pathologies in dogs and cats.

Do you want to improve your handling of corneal ulcers? Do you want to know how to identify the stain you see on the cornea? Do you think that the eyelid is the cause of the ulcer but you are not sure? Not sure if this eyelid needs surgical correction? Do you want to make sure that you use your surgical material correctly in these cases?

From clinical cases and practical clinical presentations, the most important topics that the clinician faces in his day to day in cases of ulcers and other corneal and eyelid pathologies will be covered. Numerous photographs, video treatment guidelines and key points to remember will be shown so that the clinician acquires and settles important concepts.

The course includes the realization of 3 practical workshops:

  • Milling workshop for detached edge ulcers.
  • Eyelid surgery workshop.
  • Third eyelid gland prolapse surgery workshop.

Two weeks before the course, a mailbox will be opened on the website so that attendees can leave questions of interest, within the general theme of the course, which the specialist will answer during the course of the talks.

The course offers four weeks of initial settlement of concepts (ASIC weeks) after the course, in which direct contact is offered free of charge through a WhatsApp platform with the specialist, to answer questions about the course or consult specific cases.
